Delete your Kammy account
From the app
- Open Kammy and tap the menu button at the top of the home screen.
- Tap Privacy & your data, then Withdraw consent and delete account (or tap Delete account straight from the menu).
- Confirm. Google accounts pick their account again; email accounts enter their password. This makes sure it is really you.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, email info@keralogik.com from the email address on your Kammy account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Have a Kammy Anywhere subscription? Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or billing continues.
What is erased straight away
- Your sign-in account: name, email address, and password or Google link
- All your phones, cameras, camera settings and pairings
- All noise alerts
- Your subscription status with us
- Your privacy choices on that phone
Camera passwords were only ever on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them.
What is kept for one year, then erased
India’s DPDP Rules (Rules 6 and 8) require us to keep logs of processing, and the personal data they relate to, for one year so that misuse can be investigated. We therefore keep:
- our security log of requests to our servers (IP address, time, action);
- your consent records;
- a record of the deletion, with a copy of the household data erased.
We use these for nothing else. They are erased automatically one year after each was made. Google may take a further period to clear deleted sign-in data from its own backups.
