Your data & rights

How to use your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Grievance Officer — Kammy
Keralogik, Kerala, India · info@keralogik.com
Answers questions about your personal data, rights requests and grievances. We reply within 30 days.

Two ways to make a request

  1. In the app — open the menu on the home screen and tap Privacy & your data. Most requests take effect immediately.
  2. By email — write to info@keralogik.com. Send it from the email address on your Kammy account; that address is how we identify you. If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm the request from your account email before acting on it. That stops anyone else making requests in your name.

See your data

In the app: Privacy & your data → See a copy of your data. It shows everything our servers hold about you: account, phones, cameras, noise alerts, consent records and security log. It also lists every service provider that processes your data and why. Tap Copy everything as JSON for the complete file.

Your video, audio and camera passwords are never on our servers, so they are not in the copy.

Correct or complete your data

Erase your data

Delete your whole account in the app, or remove single cameras and pairings from their own screens. See Delete your account for exactly what is erased and what the law requires us to keep for a year.

Nominate someone

You can name one or more people to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to act. In the app: Privacy & your data → Nominate someone, which starts an email for you. Or email us from your account address with:

We confirm the nomination by email. A nominee acting for you will be asked for reasonable proof, such as a death certificate or evidence of incapacity, and proof of their own identity. You can change or cancel a nomination at any time the same way.

Raise a grievance

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data or a request, email the Grievance Officer at info@keralogik.com (or Privacy & your data → Raise a grievance). We acknowledge every grievance promptly and resolve it within 30 days, and never beyond the 90 days the DPDP Rules allow.

If we do not resolve it to your satisfaction, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, under section 13(3) of the DPDP Act, through the Board’s digital office.
