Terms of use

Version 2026-10-24 · In effect from 24 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Keralogik, Kerala, India (“we”, “us”), for your use of the Kammy app and its services (“Kammy”). By agreeing on the app’s consent screen, or by using Kammy, you accept them. Our Privacy notice explains how we handle personal data, and forms part of these terms.

1. Who can use Kammy

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Kammy accounts are for adults only.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or with an email address and password. Keep your sign-in details secure, and use the same account only on devices you control. Anyone signed in to your account can see and start your cameras, so do not share it. Tell us at info@keralogik.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Using cameras lawfully

Kammy lets you watch and listen to places through devices you own. You are responsible for how you use it. You agree:

Watching your own home is your personal activity. We do not receive, see or store what your cameras capture.

4. Not a safety or medical device

Kammy is a convenience, not a safeguard. It depends on your phones, their batteries, Wi-Fi, mobile networks, Android’s power management and our servers, any of which can fail without warning. It is not a medical device. It does not detect breathing, movement, illness or danger, and it cannot prevent SIDS or any other harm. Do not rely on it as the only way of supervising a baby, child, vulnerable person, pet or property, or of detecting an emergency.

5. Free plan and Kammy Anywhere

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Kammy. Do not interfere with or overload our servers, try to access other households’ data, probe or bypass security, reverse engineer the service except as the law allows, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or end access for anyone who does. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and explain why.

7. Third-party services

Kammy relies on Google (sign-in, notifications, Play billing and ads), Cloudflare (servers and relay) and RevenueCat (subscriptions). Their own terms also apply to your use of their services. IP cameras are made by third parties; we are not responsible for how they work or how secure they are.

8. Our service

We work to keep Kammy available and secure, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, improve or discontinue features. If we discontinue Kammy Anywhere, we will give reasonable notice. We will not do so without arranging a pro-rata refund of any period you have paid for and cannot use, where Google Play allows it.

9. Intellectual property

Kammy, its software, design and brand belong to Keralogik. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control, for as long as you follow these terms.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by things outside our reasonable control. That includes failures of your devices, networks, third-party cameras or providers, and anything you rely on Kammy for contrary to section 4. Our total liability to you for any claim about Kammy is limited to the amount you paid us for Kammy in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Kammy at any time and delete your account in the app (Menu → Privacy & your data). We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly breach them. On deletion, your data is handled as described in the Privacy notice.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, posting the new version here with a new date. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you may stop using Kammy and delete your account.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly. Subject to any right you have to approach a consumer commission or the Data Protection Board of India, the courts of Kerala, India have jurisdiction.
